Why couldn't I just hire a full time designer?
You may not always have enough work to keep them busy for the year, so you're stuck paying for time you aren't able to utilize.
Is there a limit to how many revisions I have?
For non-web design, you can request up to three revisions. After that, you’re free to add as many additional requests to your queue as you’d like, all at an hourly rate of $21 GST. Our web design offers unlimited revisions.
How do I make requests?
Mae Day uses Clickup. It's a free cms that allows for seemless transfer files, comments and tracking of your requests.
Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
You can make refundable cancellations if the project hasn't met production. Otherwise no, due to the high quality nature of work.
Do you offer printing and delivery?
Yes! Note that some print materials may not show the exact same colour that is showing up on your screen due to differences in technology. Screen tints vary on different computers. Delivery can be as quick as one business day.
What if I don't like the design?
You have unlimited revisions until you're 100% satisfied.
Do you focus on big companies or small?
